The Studio
On the lower floor of the villa there is a small studio apartment. This is about 25m ² and ideal for one to two people. The sleeping facility consists of two single beds that can be joined. And a single double bet soft mattress topper is put on top so it does not have a split in the middle!
Bedding is provided. In the bathroom there is hand soap. Other hygiene products (shampoo, etc.) must be brought by yourself.
The large garden (4000 m²) is freely accessible both for tenants of the studio and the second floor. There is also a barbecue area.
If a group wants, the whole house can be rented, an option is also to rent the apartment upstairs.
From November to the end of April the prices can be arranged with the owner. Christmas and Easter holiday time is charged the same as May & October on the table.
- ANTA House can be rented as a whole unit, namely, the apartment upstairs with two studios downstairs. Then it can comfortably host 9 people but up to 12 people is possible.
- ANTA House can be also partly rented if one just goes for the Apartment and or one Studio
- Air Conditioning and fans come with extra charge adjusted to the electricity price at the time of the visitors stay.
- During stays paid by daily fee, bed sheets and towels are changed once a week, free of extra charge
- For monthly rentals, the linen change of once a week costs extra 752 euro per month. If visitors do not want to pay this they are advised to bring their own
- For monthly rentals if extra water needs to be ordered it costs 320 euros to refill the cistern
Alternative payment forms, such as a house exchange, are also possible.
(Example: Someone from Vienna wants to visit Zakynthos at a time when Ada needs to be in Austria.)
The house is an ideal venue for seminars.
