The Apartment

The villa is located in Kaminia, Lithakia, Zakynthos – Greece. It is located in natural, beautiful olive groves in the area of ​​the National Marine Park.
It is 200 meters from a secluded beach. The beach is made up of bricks and changes width from year to year.
The owners use the ground floor and they are not always there.
The first floor is rented with three bedrooms and consists of:
– East bedroom with double bed and private bathroom
– West bedroom with double bed and single bed
– Small bedroom with two floor beds
– Big living room with fireplace (can accommodate extra guests)
– Kitchen
– Main Bathroom
– Two verandas in front and behind
– The garden of the house is an olive grove of 4000m² – this is fenced off, so you can have your dog with you and let it run freely in the garden.
– Barbecue area

If a group wants to rent the house they can also rent the studio downstairs.

Bedding is provided. In the bathroom there is hand soap. Other hygiene products (shampoo, etc.) must be brought by yourself. The large garden (4000 m²) is freely accessible both for tenants of the studio and the second floor.

Accommodation Prices:

From November to the end of April the prices can be arranged with the owner. Christmas and Easter holiday time is charged the same as May & October on the table.

 

 

Alternative payment forms, such as a house exchange, are also possible.
(Example: Someone from Vienna wants to visit Zakynthos at a time when Ada needs to be in Austria.)
The house is an ideal venue for seminars.
